African ministers to meet on illicit financial flows?
From the Washington conference of the Task Force on Financial Integrity and Economic Development:
"Chaikou Yaya Diallo of the Guinea government, announces that he wants to convene a summit of African ministers to discuss the issue of illicit financial flows and the devastating ramifications they have on developing countries."
An exciting possibility. The conference is being attended by several members of TJN and its allies, and with a keynote address by former US presidential candidate John Kerry. Also note a powerful statement now available from Senator Carl Levin, and snippets from Marty Sullivan, and Raymond Baker. More to follow.
