British tax havens not implementing UN conventions

This exchange in Britain's parliament involves questions being asked about whether Britain's Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories are implementing the UN Convention for the Elimination of Discrimination against Women; the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child; and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Look at the responses: among the three Crown Dependencies, Jersey and Guernsey are laggards; the Overseas Territories - Cayman Islands and their like - are even worse.

More shame on them.
