Treasure Islands - speaking events in UK, Norway and US

Nicholas Shaxson's new book Treasure Islands, written in close collaboration with TJN and especially its director John Christensen, is currently #2 on the Guardian bestseller list and is receiving rave reviews.

He will be speaking and giving interviews next week at various events in the UK and Norway, and later in the United States. The speaking schedule is as follows:

Monday, Jan 31 – Treasure Islands: Tax Havens and the Men who Stole the World
Watershed Media Centre, Bristol. 18:00pm

Tuesday, Feb 1 – The City of London and its Tax Haven Empire
Talk at the London School of Economics by Nicholas Shaxson and Dr. Maurice Glasman, 6:30-8.00pm. Tickets are on a first come, first served basis, and you will need to reserve with the LSE (via the link provided here.)

Wednesday, Feb 2 – How Tax Havens Harm Developing Countries
Talk by Nicholas Shaxson at Chatham House, 17:30 to 18:30. This is a Members Event, so you would need to contact Chatham House to gain entry.

Friday, Feb 4 – Treasure Islands: Tax Havens and the Men who Stole the World
House of Literature, Oslo, Norway, 10-12am

April 5th Offshore Alert Conference, Miami.
