Economic warfare being waged from St Peter Port

An excellent blog on Guernsey's new Foundations law, which we linked to recently. Tax Research looks at how Guernsey is targeting China, Russia and Latin America with its new Foundations law. But look at who it has signed tax information exchange agreements (TIEAs) with - no countries at all in China, Russia or Latin America!

And that leaves aside the fact that these TIEAs are (almost) not worth the paper they are printed on.
