Tax Justice Network vs. the OECD: the gloves come off

The International Tax Review is running a long article covering TJN's recent report which savages the OECD's Global Forum process, regarded by many as the world's predominant process for tackling tax haven abuse. It gives Pascal Saint-Amans of the OECD a right of reply.

The article is subscription-only so we can't reproduce it here, but we're sure they would not mind us reproducing this telling quote:
"When I first heard the OECD talk about automatic information exchange, I had dark hair,” said Christensen. “I now have white hair and we’re still waiting to move beyond vague discussion."
