Mauritius and others fails the OECD review process

Le Monde is reporting that Mauritius is one of five jurisdictions that have not reached the necessary standards for the first phase of the OECD evaluation. Guernsey, however, is reported as having satisfied the requirements. In due course we hope to find time for a fuller evaluation of these reviews (our initial views were tinged with scepticism) but we are not surprised by the assessment of Mauritius, the Seychelles or Saint Marino.
